JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Immigration Paralegal at Bade Law Group, LLC, you will be instrumental in assisting attorneys with the drafting and filing of various applications and petitions, conducting client screenings, legal research, and preparing evidence for immigration cases. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their case. Your role is vital to the success of our firm, so we will make sure that you are well supported when it comes to organization, preparation, communication, further professional developmental opportunities, access to research, and your overall well-being. You must be extremely tech-savvy, have excellent communication skills and be able to navigate a fast-paced work environment.

COMPENSATION:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $23 to $30 per hour, commensurate with experience and performance. This full-time position includes a comprehensive benefits package: paid holidays, insurance coverage (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) with company matching, and professional development assistance.
We do not believe in excessively long workdays or work on weekends. We foster a culture of a healthy work-life balance so that we can best serve our clients and enjoy life to the fullest. The position is Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts with overtime pay for those times when extra effort is needed to support our clients, and expected hours are 40 hours per week.
