The Role You've Been Waiting For

Part-Time Adventure: This is no ordinary job; it's an adventure waiting to happen.

No Experience? No Problem! If you've got a background in customer service, it's a bonus, but our full training program has got you covered - and it's paid!

Reliability is the Name of the Game: You'll bring the energy, communication, consistency & punctuality to keep the excitement alive and customers smiling from start to finish, to 10 days later when they’re thinking about how much fun they had at Uncle Bill’s birthday party.

Detail-Oriented: From party setup to inventory counts to complicated (not really) payment takin’, your keen eye keeps things running smoothly on a weekly basis.

Party Maestro: You'll be the master of ceremonies for birthday bashes and corporate events, complete with interactive games and tournaments (don't worry, we'll teach you how!).

Maintenance Marvel: Keeping our location safe & looking great for customers is all part of the gig - when the place looks great, customers are happy. Happy customers money x great reviews = awesome tips! (Okay we’re not great at math, but trust us!)

Hourly rate: $11/hr tips

No post-secondary, degree or diploma required, just an awesome attitude, good communication skills and a drive to be the best!

It's not uncommon to make $25/hr after tips - one of our coaches makes $34 an hour! You get out of this job what you put into it!
