The hours for this position are 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM 

Hourly rate: $17.00/hour 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all pallet supply, pallet prep, pallet tags, pallet wrapping, and pallet transport with all customers and trucking companies
• Monitor and maintain inventory control/counts to ensure proper product levels in stock
• Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks for all orders
• Communicate effectively with the Sales Department and work with various requests for donations and local small sales
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly fashion
• Ensure safe/proper operation of equipment
• Complete equipment checklists to ensure proper condition of equipment and report any safety concerns
• Manage dumpsters and trash removal in the Packhouse.
• Knowledge of all Food Safety protocols

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Forklift License and 1-3 years of related work experience
• Valid Drivers license or valid state ID and recent eye exam (within 1 year)
• Computer literate and proficient with MS Office Products
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule
• Basic mathematic and counting skills
• Ability to prioritize and deal with competing demands with attention to detail
• Good communication skills and possess a positive attitude

Working Conditions:

• Variable and fluctuating temperatures based on the season
• Fast-paced environment working on and around powered industrial equipment
• Must be able to work around bees.
• Will be on feet and walking and working on concrete surfaces
• Fluctuating hours and schedule subject to the quantity of product and orders
