Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service. Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

- Seat guests and provide them with menus

- Take reservations and manage the waiting list

- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries

- Handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/cashier area

- Assist with other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred

- Excellent communication and guest service skills

- Familiarity with POS systems

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
