If you are fast on your feet, and love handling all the cool gear we sell from the time it enters our doors to the time it leaves, this job could be for you…consider it more like pre-shopping and less like work!ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Stand and walk for your entire shift Read and Audit Labels Identify, count, and sort packages and inventory with a high level of accuracy Understand and differentiate between shipping methods and sort packages accordingly Use automated packaging equipment Participate in team meetings, follow guidance, and provide feedback as appropriate Maintain a clean workspace Fixing problems that occur to ensure inventory and/or shipping accuracyResolving inventory issues by adjusting inventoryPerform other duties as assigned Participate in LEAN initiativesQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Prefer high school diploma or equivalencyVerbal and written comprehension of the English language requiredFundamental math skills requiredMust be able to apply established procedures and follow oral/written instructionsMust be able to work independently without direct supervision and organize/prioritize workload to ensure completion of all tasks within established time framesComputer skills, including familiarity with the internet and email requiredExperience operating power industrial equipment (for example, standing order picker or forklift) PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING ENVIRONMENT:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
