Job Description
Growing company seeking an Medical Receptionist/Assistant to join our team. Position is part time with the opportunity for growth into a full-time position. Our perfect candidate is quick learning, VERY organized, easy going, dependable and motivated to go above and beyond. Being a multi-tasker is a must! Responsibilities
Perform a multitude of administrative duties to support our team including but not limited to:
Organizing systems around the office to ensure efficiency and productivity
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Confirm scheduled appointments with patients
Follow up with other companies about contracts and outsourcing
Assist with invoicing and billing
General admin and clerical duties as assigned
Organize and maintain the office as needed
Excellent attendance is a must
Qualifications
Great personality required
Good customer service skills both verbal and written is a must
Be self-driven and motivated to work hard with limited supervision
Must be a quick learner, organized, accurate and VERY detail oriented
Able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
Basic computer skills
Proficient with QuickBooks, Word and Excel is a plus
Must be able to work Friday hours 7:45-12:00, 1:30-6:00
Additional Information
HIPAA regulations are very important in this position and must be followed closely
