Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus
- Assist in seating guests according to seating chart and table availability
- Take reservations and manage the waitlist
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized host/host station
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Operate the Aloha POS system for seating assignments and tracking reservations

Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and guest relations
