The Back Cove Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinary client care specialist to join our 6-doctor veterinary hospital in Portland. We are a paper-less practice equipped with digital radiology (including a designated dental suite), ultrasound and full in-house laboratory. Our veterinary client care specialist responsibilities include:

• Providing an exceptional client experience
• Greeting clients and pets
• Managing multiple phone lines
• Scheduling appointments
• Processing payments
• Making sure reception is clean and presentable

Applicants must have a positive attitude, excellent communication and multi-tasking skills and computer proficiency. The ideal candidate has at least 2-years of experience working in a veterinary hospital. Applicants should expect a flexible schedule and be available to work 1-2 Saturdays per month.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
