Job requirements

  • Construction Inspector / Structural or Civil Engineering Technician background
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to obtain a Suitability/Public Trust Clearance
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office software suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • 5 years of demonstrable building electrical/mechanical/structural/Architectural condition assessment experience
  • Ability to support 8-hour shifts ranging from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. 40 hours per week. Weekend and off-shift support may be required in rare instances
  • Willing to commute to Atlantic City, NJ Airport (Negotiable relocation fee for candidates willing to relocate temporarily)
