• If you want to become a trial attorney, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a litigation firm.
• We are seeking candidates who are newly licensed lawyers (or just new to personal injury) to join our prelitigation department.
• In our prelitigation department, you will learn the nuts and bolts of personal injury.
• You will be building, evaluating, and negotiating personal injury settlements.

Responsibilities

• Licensed to practice law in Colorado and in good standing
• Build, evaluate, and negotiate personal injury cases
• Regularly communicate with clients
• Attend regular meetings with managing partner, litigation attorneys, prelitigation team, and admin team.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• $75,000 to $100,000
