Position Type: Full Time

Location: Wernersville, PA

Responsibilities:

• Greet showroom customers.
• Receive incoming customer communications from Digital Lead sources record contacts in Dataforma and Schedules appointments for the residential Sales Associates.
• Transfer phone calls for other aspects of business.
• Relay urgent messages to Service Technicians or Sales Associates.
• Entering leads from the home shows and scheduling customer’s appointments with the residential Sales Associates.
• Maintain and revise appointment schedules for residential Sales Associates.
• Uploading scanned contract documents into Dataforma.
• Maintaining files, archiving files and purging files as needed.
• Dataforma maintenance and clean up.
• File open proposals daily.

Requirements:

• Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.
• Manage multi-tasked job duties.
• Ability to work well with customers and co-workers.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Outlook), Dataforma and Quick Books.

Physical Demands:

• Can tolerate working in a seated position.
• Ability to reach above shoulder heights or below the waist for filing documents.
• May occasionally lift up to 10 pounds.
• Able to walk up and down a minimum of two flights of steps.
