Event Decorator Set Up

If so, Bach & Boozy is looking for you! We are seeking event decorators for our growing event decorating business in Nashville, TN.

Job Description: Bach & Boozy is looking to fill a part-time decorating position with someone who is fast-paced, detail-oriented, initiative and quick on their feet. The ideal candidate has full availability on Thursdays, Friday, and Sunday morning. Applicants must have reliable transportation to get to and from setups which occur within a 10-mile radius of downtown Nashville. To start, this position will be scheduled for 5-10 hours a week-- including initial training and decoration setups. This position offers you the opportunity to grow with the company, based on performance and consistency!

Scheduling Details: Full availability required Thursdays between 10:00AM-7:00PM and Sunday morning from 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Additional availability Wednesday and Friday is preferred.

Event decorators are responsible for putting all the final details of the event together and creating aesthetically pleasing party spaces for our clients. This includes:

• Moving at a rapid pace
• Paying close attention to detail
• Thinking quickly on your feet and easily adapting to changes
• Working in a group environment as well as individually when required
• Taking initiative and making creative judgements on the fly
• Inflating balloons and hanging banners
• Installing balloon arches and photo backdrops
• Setting up gift bags, bar stations, and accessories
• Stocking the kitchen with grocery orders
• Taking basic photos for social media
• Driving to and from event venues, such as airbnbs and hotels

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
• Must live in Nashville or ability to easily commute
• Full availability Thursdays between 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM and Sunday 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Reliable, trustworthy and honest: we will train any candidate meeting all of these qualities and requirements!

Pay: Pay is $15/per hour to start.
