Enterprise Trainer

Location: Chantilly, VA

Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI with polygraph

Compensation: up to $184,000 including 15% company-paid 401k contribution

Responsible for developing and maintaining functional training materials. As a member of the Situational Awareness as a Service (SAaaS) team, develops and maintains training materials pertaining to the ServiceNOW (SNOW) Change, Event, Incident, Problem Management, and Service Catalog Modules and the Enterprise Trainer will administer training to customer personnel on the fundamentals of these tools.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of related/relevant work experience that can be a combination of work history and education.
• Recent and relevant experience successfully monitoring and/or coordinating/directing IT training.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Comfortable working with users and customers, preparing and providing briefings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
