We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Server. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Duties:

- Greet guests and escort them to their tables

- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options

- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests

- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner

- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction

- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area

- Process guest payments using the POS system

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred

- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items

- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques

- Ability to provide exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment

- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members

Note: This position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting trays of food or drinks.
