Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team as a Litigation Paralegal. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with various tasks related to litigation cases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and legal skills to contribute to our firm's success.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw
- Manage and organize case files, including document management systems
- Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Prepare and maintain case calendars and deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness files
- Transcribe dictations and prepare accurate summaries of legal documents
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
- Previous experience working as a Litigation Paralegal or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in using document management systems and other legal software
- Excellent research skills using resources such as Westlaw
- Ability to write clear and concise legal documents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with legal case management software is a plus
