As a Divisional Select Lead reporting to the Head of the Select Advisor Group, you will partner firmwide, most specifically with Chase Wealth Management's Divisional Directors and Regional Directors, to develop a strategic approach to engaging with Private Client Advisors and help field management drive the strategy and execution of Chase Wealth Management's Select Advisor Group's priorities. The role requires collaboration with various businesses and functional areas across the Chase Wealth Management business as well as the JPMorgan Wealth Management and Consumer Banking businesses. Focused on collaboration, this position requires strong partnership and influence with Senior Leaders across several LOBs as well as functional and business partners. This role requires flexibility and comfort with ambiguity given the rapid pace of change and various constituencies involved. Job responsibilities Reports up through Head of The Select Advisor Group and supports the Divisional Directors and Regional Directors in maintaining alignment with national investments strategies Partners with Divisional & Regional Directors, responsible for employee & customer relationship management across designated investments markets; support leadership to develop, communicate and execute upon growth strategies and initiatives Provide subject matter expertise on Select's strategic initiatives and key projects, offering direction, guidance and decision making to achieve desired expectations Accountable for providing strategic support for the Division and Region(s) investments business, leading across markets the strategy for scalable engagement and education of the Select Advisor Group to branch based advisors and field leadership Advise Market Directors of Wealth on successfully recruiting, in advance, into new Advisor opportunities (backfills for select advisors into a branch), including creating a strong book of business, ensuring Advisors receive the appropriate integration and onboarding experience Ensure Market Directors of Wealth are allocating the appropriate focus on Select Advisor onboarding, helping Advisors synthesize and apply training, service and product education to day to day client interactions Partner with Wealth Management Specialists and the practice management team to help strategically drive the Regional/Market focus areas, enhancing Advisors' understanding of the Select platform Maintains oversight and knowledge of top producers by market; Areas of opportunity & regional/market nuances; Understand client segmentation strategy Remain informed of audit procedures and areas under heightened supervision for respective Regions/Markets Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners across Consumer Banking, Wealth Management and other parts of the Firm Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 10 years proven experience coaching and managing all levels of Advisors from brand-new recruits through highly experienced Advisors Proven ability to source and attract internal and external talent by building and maintaining personal network of contacts Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner with other areas of Consumer Banking Wealth Management & Business Banking High degree of investment services and product acumen, and keen interest in the financial markets Strong communication skills, attention to detail and excellent follow-through Bachelor Degree required FINRA Series 7, 9/10 (or equivalent) and 66 (or equivalent) required in addition to meeting FINRA continuing education requirements Ability to travel 50% of the time
