Job Summary:

*NEW LOCATION Tea Room & Bar* We are looking to add an experienced, professional, and personable Bar & Barista Babe to our modern and bright tea room. We serve afternoon tea, bubbly brunches, salads, sandwiches, pastries, and special-TEA drinks. We host bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, books clubs, and a variety of other events. While we offer an elevated dining service, the general vibe of our tea room is upbeat and celebratory (think tea party).

Bar & Barista Babe’s responsibilities includes a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Be a friendly face for our guests.
• Provide guests with elevated, prompt and attentive service.
• Be able to craft and serve a variety of high-quality cocktails, mocktails, special-TEA drinks and espresso drinks with precision and style!
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, offering recommendations and accommodating special requests.
• Stay up to date with trends and techniques to continually enhance the beverage menu.
• General side chores to maintain restaurant cleanliness and presentation.

Bar & Barista experience is required. Latte art is a huge plus.

3 Years of Bar Experience

Bar hours are 8AM-10PM Friday-Sunday. Bar hours based on business decline Monday - Thursday.

Compensation: Hourly ($14.42) plus tips
