Job Description

  • Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Review and interpret project schematics, blueprints, and specifications
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction work and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Qualifications

  • General Services Administration Securtity clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in construction management or related role
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, blueprint reading, and construction estimating
  • Proficient in using project management software (e.g., ProCore) and other relevant tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Strong leadership abilities to manage teams and drive project success
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise during construction projects
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
