In this role, you will: Contribute to delivering results for high priority programs by managing a workstream and/or executing tasks within a workstream spanning businesses and functions. Foster and cultivate stakeholder relationships within assigned workstream by completing quality and timely deliverables and being mindful of appropriate messaging to senior leaders. Develop communications for key stakeholders by preparing executive-ready visuals based on analyzed data. Assists in planning/managing day-to-day efforts of a workstream. Required Qualifications, US: 4 years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Desired Qualifications: Experience in a consulting firm or internal strategy team, assisting with large initiatives in a complex environment. Experience supporting a team across a large, matrixed organization. Ability to build problem solving capabilities via active participation in project working sessions and proactively bringing solutions to leaders. Ability to contribute to story-telling components in senior leader level communications. Ability to support a team across all organizational levels; partnering with business leaders to achieve key goals through flexibility, collaboration, influence, and adaptability. Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills), with a strong emphasis on analyzing/summarizing complex data sets in Excel. Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment. Experience with change and transformation management. Demonstrates a desire to acquire and develop new skills to support the continuous improvement of the Strategic Programs team. Job Expectations: Position location: New York, NY or Charlotte, NC. Hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. No other locations will be considered.
