About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Finance Analyst to lead reporting and forecasting CSBB checking accounts which includes acquisition, attrition, New Checking Customers, primary accounts, and vintage views. In this role, you will: Support leadership in developing financial research, forecasting of financial metrics, operating and strategic reviews Recommend solutions based on data that may have critical impact on long term business performance Provide vision, direction and expertise to more experienced leadership by recommending compliance and risk requirements for supported area Lead large companywide complex projects and initiatives to drive change and success Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Develop management reporting and forecasting, and provide complex analysis for checking accounts. Analyze variance trends across various time periods and scenarios by partnering with branch, digital and marketing leadership Partner with strategize to assess the growth opportunities of our primary checking accounts Required Qualifications: 7 years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strategic planning financials, budgeting, forecasting background Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to Sr and Executive leaders Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations through excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams). Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas in a global, matrixed organization Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Enjoy working in a fast paced, high-output, time sensitive environment.
