About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to join the Operational Excellence Strategy and Administrative Support as part of National Branch Network. This is a critical role as we are accountable for leading strategies and initiatives designed to assist branches operate with excellence. This position supports continuous improvement to gain efficiencies and strengthen controls in support of branch banking priorities. In addition, this role is important for continued Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) policy requirement alignment. In this role, you will: Support the Operational Excellence model design work to improve risk management performance of our branches while in alignment with the updated Branch Operating Standards. Lead strategy and solution design and other special projects Act as Branch SME for process inventory reports in partnership with Controls. Act as LOB Coordinator for business lead RCSA preparation deadlines and shared control support for 10 RAU's across, National Branch Network, National Service and Advice and Business Systems and Create executive level presentations Required Qualifications: 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: MBA or 10 years in operational excellence field including process engineering. 5 years creating and presenting executive level presentations. Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Knowledge and experience with RCSA, Branch Process Management (BPM) Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management In-depth knowledge and experience in branch operational processes with understanding of the future direction of the branch design– both from an industry perspective and creatively Proven ability to take apart existing processes to find the issue and build a new process to resolve it In-depth knowledge of Risk Framework with experience mitigating risk implications related to process and technology design Demonstrated experience communicating powerfully and succinctly to senior and executive leaders and simplifying the complex; keen ability to tell the story and gain support needed Strong critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus and a passion for the customer and employee experience Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management Proven ability to pull together story lines from across the team and integrate into a broader message Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage processes and people, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Must have strong relationship management and proven leadership skills, with solid conflict management, negotiation and organizational effectiveness techniques Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a heavily matrixed organization with a high degree of initiative and strong ability to meet key responsibilities with limited direction and oversight Proven success building and maintaining strong credible relationships with key stakeholder groups, including executive management Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines Ability to exercise independent judgement independently to identify and resolve problems with a focus on actionable outcomes Job Expectations: This role works a hybrid work schedule Locations: 401 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 2700 S Price Rd, Chandler, AZ 550 S 4th St, Minneapolis, MN 250 E John Carpenter Frwy, Irving, TX Posting End Date: 2 Apr 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
