About this role: Leading a team with three communicators, the Senior Communications Manager will design a strategic communications program that focuses on advancing our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) story through executive, internal, and external communications. Additionally, this position will devise communications strategies to promote the head of DSRI through media opportunities, speaking engagements, and other thought leadership opportunities. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC or Dallas, TX and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Communications Senior Manager. In this role, you will: Serve as a trusted advisor to the head of Diverse Segments, Representation and Inclusion (DSRI) Ensure integrated communications approach to executive communications, internal communications, and external communications Develop annual communications strategies to establish the leader’s voice Identify executive advocacy, external speaking and/or social media opportunities Write and edit key messages, talking points, and other content to inform target audiences Lead and/or support communications for priority initiatives Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes Partner with communicators to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging Lead and coach three geographically dispersed Lead Communications Consultants Depending on the volume of applications received, this job posting may be removed prior to the indicated close date.
