About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to be part of our Global Delivery Strategy and Program Management Team. This role serves as a Global Delivery Project Manager and will partner with Global Solutions Program Offices and other business partners across the enterprise to execute on complex Global Delivery initiatives. In this role, you will: Lead Global Delivery initiatives and process implementations with cross functional business partner teams. Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to Global Delivery processes. Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and business execution. Work independently to make initiative and process solution recommendations Execute on a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience. Collaborate and consult with Global Delivery stakeholders in the development of solution approaches, processes, procedures, and implementation plans. Build and maintain relationships with Global Delivery stakeholders. Required Qualifications: 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Advanced Microsoft Office skills Experience in the analysis, requirement gathering, development, and implementation of large-scale multi-faceted business solutions 3 years proven Project Management experience: lead and manage complex initiatives including drive initiative, project task management and status reporting to multiple levels of stakeholders Proven experience with Executive Level Presentations successfully influencing and motivating senior management Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner to multiple levels of the organization Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and influence business cases Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to quickly and accurately execute tactical deliverables Proven ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members Job Expectations: This position offers a Hybrid work schedule.
