About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Global Human Resources Data Management Director. This leader will provide strategic direction and oversight for the global workforce and data administration operations. As a key member of the HR Operations leadership team, they will partner and navigate ambiguity with their team, their leaders, and executive stakeholders globally. They are responsible for leading and providing oversight to the HR data administration team, the Employee Records Compliance Operations, and the Employee Data Fulfillment Operations teams. In this role, you will: Lead the vision and strategy of workforce administration operations to drive optimized service delivery in an efficient and effective manner. Identify and implement ways to enhance employee experience and minimize risk in operational work across multiple workstreams. Leverage data and analytics to generate business insights and introduce interventions that optimize delivery as measured by performance metrics. Bring about a techno-functional mindset to solve problems and explore automation where applicable. Innovate, develop, implement, and maintain processes and systems that manage global employee data. This is inclusive of on-boarding documents, historical HR records, employee files and third-party requests for information concerning current or former employees. Identify opportunities and strategies for process improvement and risk control development within the HR Operations management functional area. Provide expertise on managing the most highly complex technical and operational processes with cross-group impact including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, HR Information Technology and Business Leaders. Manage allocation of people and financial resources for HR Data Administration Operations team. Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy. Required Qualifications: 8 years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. 4 years of management experience Desired Qualifications: Global HR Operations & Data Management leadership Large scale Workforce Administration experience Appreciation for risk and control environment Empathetic and inspiring people manager Technical hands-on experience with Workday and Service Now Experience consulting and influencing executive leaders. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
