Job Role and Responsibility: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Specialty Software Engineer in the Digital Technology and Innovation group which supports evolving digital platforms and enhances integration of the innovation pipeline into our customer-facing capabilities. In this role, you will lead complex initiatives on selected domains. Ensure systems are monitored to increase operational efficiency and managed to mitigate risk. Define opportunities to maximize resource utilization and improve processes while reducing cost. Lead, design, develop, test, and implement applications and systems components, tools and utilities, models, simulation, and analytics to manage complex business functions using sophisticated technologies. Resolve coding, testing and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging nature. Lead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. Travel required: None Required Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related technical field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position involving Specialty Software Engineering experience. Specific skills required: - 5 years of software development experience with architecting, designing, and developing iOS or Android mobile and Web user interface mobile applications; - 5 years of mobile solutions engineering experience; - 5 years’ experience in Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, 2.1 or a combination of both; - Experience with Angular, Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure; - Experience with Java, JSON, Maven, Oracle, React, Selenium, Javascript, Microservices, Performance testing, REST, Splunk, Swift, C , GIT; - Experience with Infrastructure Architecture Disciplines, Jenkins, MongoDB, SOAP and REST web services, JQueery, NodeJS, Software Development, XML.
