About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Benefits and Rewards Lead Marketing Consultant in Credit Card Marketing as part of Cards & Merchant Services. This individual contributor will lead the development of integrated marketing strategies across a variety of digital channels to increase wallet share for credit card customers. In this role, you will: Develop marketing campaign strategies, in partnership with key product and business stakeholders, to drive card usage by increasing awareness and adoption of card features and benefits Engage with cross-functional groups to create, plan, and execute a variety of marketing programs with broad impact Optimize performance and drive financial outcomes by monitoring campaign results and creating a robust test and learn curriculum across campaigns Provide vision, direction, and results to more experienced leadership on a routine basis Operate with a risk and control mindset Ensure adherence to legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing Required Qualifications, US: 5 years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Marketing experience in a regulated industry, working closely with Legal and Compliance partners to market products in a manner that meets all regulatory standards Experience in product management, business analysis, marketing, operations and/or strategic/consulting in a consumer oriented, technology dependent environment, in financial services or related industries Deep understanding of card marketing channel best practices, compliance needs, marketing creative considerations, marketing execution and strong controls Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently Ability to think creatively and create strategies in “white space” environment Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members and stakeholders Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience working with changing priorities and deadlines New product development experience Creative services and marketing experience Email marketing campaign experience Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution Reporting experience, analytics experience A BS/BA degree or higher in business, finance or marketing Posting Locations: Required location(s) for this position are listed above. Candidate must reside within a reasonable commute to the site location. This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days per week in office. Pay Range: NY- New York City Pay Range: $115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annual Salary range is determined by location of the job. Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
