About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Finance Analyst to join Wholesale Operations Finance team providing direct support for the WIM Operations business. In this role, you will: Partner with senior business leaders and other key stakeholders to drive overall financial performance, metric improvement and achievement of planned expectations for WIM Operations. Ensure efficient and effective execution of finance strategy. Recommend opportunities to senior business leaders that help achieve business objectives. Enhance framework to help deliver key forecasting projections as well as management of financial reporting. Meet deliverables and drive new initiatives with solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced teammates Required Qualifications: BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Reporting 7 years of Finance experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, analytics, reporting or financial/statistical modeling, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills and experience with other reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Knowledge and understanding of Essbase Finance tools for reporting and analysis Desired Qualifications: Financial industry experience supporting a line of business Experience with financial forecasting, planning, and reporting Strong analytical skills, detail oriented with focus timely and accurate execution. Proven relationship builder - able to consult with business partners of all levels Ability to communicate effectively, translate and present financials, projects and data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities under pressure.
