About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant in our Partnership, Loyalty and Strategy analytics team. In this role, you will: Partner in the creation of a data environment that supports reporting needs and enables business decision making primarily focused on different aspects of Loyalty solutions and card benefits. Have a strong foundational knowledge of financials and business metrics to build effective solutions that simplify and automate processes, ability to build out data flow charts , lay out comprehensive data requirements. Work closely with the business to capture and translate business requirements into technical requirements and work collaboratively with the business and IT staff to develop roadmap for future state data infrastructure. Assist in design and development of data self-serve applications in partnership with internal data infrastructure COE. Proactively drive initiatives that will improve efficiencies by development of smart reporting, Business KPI dashboards & monitoring capabilities. Assist in process improvement strategies aimed at improving the overall efficiency of reporting and analytics environment. Play role of a Data-Product owner for Loyalty solutions and perform enterprise data owner and attestation responsibilities. Role requires close partnership with Loyalty business stakeholders, 3rd party vendor technology, internal technology and internal data infrastructure COE. Required Qualifications, US: 5 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Project management experience, financial services industry experience Strong critical thinking aptitude & a self-starter with ability to drive multi-functional initiatives. Knowledge of SQL or SAS Experience supporting the development of financial and analytical reporting systems. Experience supporting MIS infrastructure enhancements, reporting initiatives and business integrations. Experience coordinating the delivery of projects across the data-warehousing infrastructure. Excellent relationship management skills and have the ability to work across all levels of the organization. Strong Understand of Credit Card P&L Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
