About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Onboarding and Trust Framework Leader (Technology Director) in Technology as part of Cybersecurity. This role’s responsibility will include leading the maturity of processes, developing and running operational routines related to the IAM controls and processes within scope. This includes oversight of controls aligned to but not owned in IAM for the scope aligned to this role. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of leading large control operations efforts in complex companies. In this role, you will: Manage a team of professionals to support Onboarding to IAM tools and the operational management of Trust Framework operations as a primary focus Guide development of actionable risk-based roadmaps and plans to mature IAM controls for the Wells Fargo enterprise for scope aligned to this role Drive resolution of enterprise issues in the Access Controls and Authentication areas Identify opportunities and practical risk-based strategies for continuous improvement of IAM trust framework practices, in alignment with IAM Governance Effectively collaborate/negotiate with partners such as first line, second line and third line (internal audit) functions to improve IAM control maturity with a systematic risk-based approach Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies and industry forums as needed Manage allocation of people and financial resources for this function Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy Required Qualifications: 8 years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 4 years of Management experience Desired Qualifications: 8 years in IT / Information Security with a focus in Identity and Access Management Foundational understanding of IAM tools and processes Strength with Risk Management practices, with proven experience Significant experience leading controls operations at a large financial services institution Expert-level report writing skills including key performance indicators and program evaluation Advanced experience driving assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive set of security technologies and processes Measurable impacts and a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion Demonstrated experience in building, leading, developing and retaining a high performing team of leaders, strong subject matter experts and high performing professionals in a cultural environment that achieves results through team member engagement and satisfaction Highly effective decision-making/critical thinking/problem solving skills with a collaborative and results oriented leadership style Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage numerous, competing demands from internal and external stakeholders Strong leadership and influencing skills within a complex, matrixed environment; able to gain support and cooperation and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members to achieve results without direct organizational control A desire for creating highly functioning processes Experience presenting to C-level executives Job Expectations: Some travel required Posting End Date: 1 Mar 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
