About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a senior business execution consultant to support the Client Strategy & Capital Management team within the Commercial Bank. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that will partner with key stakeholders and leaders to provide business management support and to assist in the execution of key initiatives. In this role, you will: Support the creation of leadership materials for OpCo meetings and business reviews (including conducting the analyses and preparing the talking points that drive the content) Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners Ad hoc special project assistance Required Qualifications: 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 2 – 4 years of consulting experience Ability to collaborate cross-functionally Advanced Microsoft Office skills including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Especially strong PowerPoint skills including the ability to create different styles of presentations tailored to the intended audience Familiarity with the financial services ecosystem (especially Commercial Banking) helpful but not required Job Expectations: This position offers a hybrid work schedule (currently 3 days per week in the office with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week) This position does not offer visa sponsorship Pay Range $84,000.00 - $179,200.00 Benefits Wells Fargo provides all eligible full- and part-time employees with a comprehensive set of benefits designed to protect their physical and financial health and to help them make the most of their financial future.
