About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Branch Banking Employee Initiatives Senior Consultant (Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant) within our National Advice & Acquisition organization as part of Consumer, Small & Business Banking. This position is responsible for managing and supporting business management activities for the National Advice & Acquisition organization. The Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant will drive improved employee engagement by leading, or co-leading, large-scale branch recognition programs. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com In this role, you will: Lead and be responsible for the execution of National Branch Network employee appreciation programs Develop and execute on activities to achieve target state across people, processes, and technology Develop and foster strong partnerships across National Branch Network, National Advice and Acquisition, and CSBB partners to ensure proper alignment Execute and ensure all activities align with key strategies that are focused on what is in the best interest of the customer Collaborate with partner teams and outside vendors focusing on creating synergies and connectedness Support decisions that directly impact National Branch Network branch employees Advocate and collaborate around key initiatives that will help to accelerate performance across customer and employee experience Provide executive leader communication which entails well thought out strategic and implementation plans Required Qualifications: 7 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Strong consulting skills, front line branch and segment knowledge and the ability to collaborate and move initiatives forward with a small margin of error Change management experience especially within a branch banking or other large customer-facing workforce environment Ability to identify inefficiencies, opportunities to streamline business processes, and implement change Strong strategic thinker and change leader with analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus and a passion for customer experience Proven ability to put the customer at the center of all decisions and actions Exceptional risk management, compliance knowledge An effective influencer that has credibility with business executives and ability to offer credible challenge as needed Demonstrated leadership capability with excellent execution skills preferably in a coaching based organization Strong relationship management and proven leadership skills with solid conflict management, negotiation, and organizational effectiveness technique Demonstrated ability to manage effectively in a heavily matrixed organization with a high degree of initiative and strong ability to meet key responsibilities with limited direction and oversight Communicates powerfully and prolifically to senior and executive leaders Job Expectations: Ability to travel up to 30% of the time This position offers a hybrid work schedule Posting Locations: 401 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 2700 S Price Rd, Chandler, AZ 550 S 4th St, Minneapolis, MN 150 E 42nd St, New York, NY 250 E John Carpenter Frwy, Irving, TX 333 Market St, San Francisco, CA Required locations listed above.
