About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Analytics Senior Manager to lead a team of skilled analysts in the Supply Chain Analytics organization. Supply Chain Management (SCM) aligns with business leaders across the enterprise to deliver advantageous supply solutions with acceptable third-party risk. The Analytics Senior Manager will bring experience in leadership, ability to influence, and strong communications to this team who is responsible for conducting highly complex analyses, developing strategies, and presenting analytical insights to management. In this role, you will: Manage and develop a team of mid-to-senior level consultants to meet business objectives and strategy. Partner with SCM leadership and Risk executives across the organization on business requirements, target state, and strategy to enable reporting/analytics capabilities. Determine appropriate strategy to plan, coordinate, and execute analytic projects to support Supply Chain initiatives. Deliver vital reporting and analytics for management of third-party risk including to the board and regulators. Develop presentations and communicating findings, and gaining buy-in and group support to changes and new strategies. Efficiently and accurately deliver metrics and indicators by implementing consistent, documented, and validated processes. Analyze and synthesize data to make insightful recommendations to improve Supply Chain effectiveness. Proactively recognize opportunities for improvement and implement best practices, taking ownership of the task and following through to completion in a fast-paced environment Ensure adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies including documentation support for report requirements and data lineage. Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers to provide strategic consultation. Required Qualifications: 6 years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3 years of management experience 3 years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring 3 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: finance, accounting, analytics, reporting, auditing or leading a business 3 years of experience with one or a combination of the following: compiling and preparing executive summaries, presentations for management and senior leaders. 3 years of experience in one or combination of the following: leading cross functional teams, enterprise-wide projects, or directly managing people 3 years of financial services industry experience 3 years of process improvement experience 3 years of data visualization experience 3 years of reporting experience, analytics experience or a combination of both Desired Qualifications: Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced deadline driven and complex environment Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Experience with SAS, SQL, Alteryx or other data management, reporting and query tools Procurement and supply chain management experience Third Party risk management experience Knowledge and understanding of databases and data mining techniques Knowledge and understanding of business intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI) Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain data/systems Banking / Financial services experience, especially related to risk management, operational risk, and/or supply chain management The position offers a hybrid work schedule of three (3)-days a week in the office and two (2)-days a week remote inclusive of holidays and vacation days counting as days in the office Posting End Date: 26 Mar 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
