This ad is for an EXPERIENCED AUTO BODY TECHNICIAN and is not an entry level position.

Do you have what it takes to be a Fill Tech?
- Minor Body repairs
- Part repair / replacement
- Fill and Priming work
- Reassembly
- Suspension Repairs
- Light Automotive mechanical Repairs
- Maintain clean and organized environment
- Read / Repair per OEM Repair Procedures
- Welding knowledge and skills (steel, aluminum and spot)
- Frame Rack experience
- Repair and replace Restraint systems (SRS)
- Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm schedule
- Must be able to lift, squat, kneel, bend and manage car parts in excess of 50 pounds
- You must have a valid driver's license
- Must provide own Hand and Power Tools - (large equipment provided)
- Teamwork and Communication skills
- Self-accountable and Integrity
- $120,000 - $160,000 annually - Team commission pay plan
- Opportunity for 3-4 day weekends
