Responsibilities

• Oversee and support the execution of telecommunications construction projects.
• Conduct construction Rideout's to evaluate project sites and provide insightful inputs for effective project planning.
• Develop detailed scope of work documentation for the construction team based on ride out assessments.
• Provide accurate cost estimates for telecommunications construction projects.
• Work closely with the construction and project coordination team to ensure precise project cost reporting.
• Interpret design prints and ensure construction activities comply with established design standards.
• Perform quality control on completed jobs and verify as-builts.
• Review and approve contractor invoicing.
• Facilitate seamless communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Coordinator in the telecommunications industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office & Google workspace products.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of telecommunications industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing project demands and maintain flexibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license.
