B&R Wound Care is a mobile wound clinic specializing in treating chronic and complex wounds. Our wound care treatments have helped patients heal years-old wounds from venous ulcers to diabetic ulcers. B&R Wound Care uses innovative treatments including collagen and amniotic allografts. We provide wound care services in the patient's residence (ILFs, ALFs, B&C’s, patients living custodial in SNFs, and independent homes). We are currently looking to fill a part-time position. We are currently expanding and will have opportunities for full-time employment soon.

Requirements

We are looking for Nurse Practitioners who are passionate about wound care. Since we are a mobile wound clinic, the ideal candidate must:

• be willing to work independently and willing to travel.
• be comfortable with performing surgical debridement at the bedside.
• be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in California.
• have current and active professional insurance .

2-3 years experience in wound care preferred.

Pay

The selected candidate will be compensated as an independent contractor. Compensation will be dependent on the treatment performed and the size of the wound. The amount paid will be a percentage of reimbursements from Medicare.
