• Manage kickoff Meetings with Design Team & Owner
• Manage Design Information issued by the Owner
• Manage Design and Proposal Deliverables in Proposal Development
• Manage Development of Design Solutions during Proposal and Design
• Manage A/E proposal and contracts
• Lead Weekly Design Coordination and Progress Meetings
• Participate in Bidding, Design and Risk Management strategies
• Encourage Innovation, Collaboration and Problem Solving in Design Solutions
• Review and Distribute Design Packages to Owners
• Manage Distribution of Comments & Feedback among Owner, BLHI and Design Team
• Lead Owner Design Review Meetings
• Manage/Distribute Design Deliverables among Estimating and Operations Teams
• Lead Design Reviews with Operations Teams to support Construction Launch
