BCBA Supervisor’s Role:

• Providing supervision to a treatment team of behavioral therapists who are providing direct services in home, school, and clinic settings.
• Training/teaching your behavioral therapists
• Providing Parent Training within these programs
• Collaboration with teachers, school administrative staff, parents and your behavioral team
• Working alongside the Clinical Director for guidance and mentorship

B.I.G. Solutions Candidates should be Someone Who:

• Is an absolute team player who likes to work together in harmony and collaboration!
• Has a Minimum of 1 year of providing BCBA Supervision in the home, school, and clinic settings.
• Has a Minimum of 2-3 years of providing direct services in the home, school, and clinic settings.
• Is Adept in professional collaboration.
• Demonstrates sound judgment, great decision-making skills, adept in problem solving and a natural with interpersonal skills.
• Has an energetic attitude with enthusiasm for children’s success.
