B.I.G. Solutions is looking to hire a 3 Tier Model ABA Associate Supervisor who wants to be part of something “BIG” and be in a working environment with skilled other Co*STaRs (Culture of Support, Teamwork and Respect).

B.I.G. Perks:

• Competitive Salary: Starting at $67,000 (depending on experience) per year, working approximately 40 hours per week.

Associate Clinical Supervisor’s Role:

• Providing supervision to a treatment team of behavioral therapists who are providing direct services in home, school, and clinic settings.
• Training/teaching behavioral therapists
• Assisting with providing Parent Training within these programs
• Collaboration with teachers, school administrative staff, parents and your behavioral team
• Working alongside the BCBA Supervisors and Clinical Director for guidance and mentorship

B.I.G. Solutions Candidates should be Someone Who:

• Is an absolute team player who likes to work together in harmony and collaboration!
• Has a Minimum of 1-2 years of providing ABA Clinical Supervision in 3 Tier Model, in both the home, school and clinic setting.
• Has a Minimum of 2-3 years of providing direct services in both the school and home setting
• Has a Master’s Degree
• Is Adept in professional collaboration
• Demonstrates sound judgment, great decision making skills, adept in problem solving and a natural with interpersonal skills
• Has an energetic attitude with enthusiasm for children’s success
• *Ideal location – Mid-San Fernando Valley
