Description
The BIM Data Specialist plays a vital role within the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) team, responsible for managing and organizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) data and supporting various BIM and VDC initiatives.
This role will focus on maintaining and optimizing database ITM files, Revit Families and Files, and pushing critical BIM data to field and operational teams.
The BIM Data Specialist will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of data and technology between VDC and Field Operations and Project Management teams, facilitating a more efficient and data-driven construction process.

Minimum Requirements :
Safety Awareness :
Safely executes all tasks; utilizes safe work practices as appropriate and per company policy.
Wear protective equipment when entering areas requiring the same (Hard Hats, Work Boots, etc.)
Undergo DPAS training necessary for travel to worksites.
Possesses or agrees to attain OSHA 30 certification as needed.
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. Must have dexterity of fingers (or mechanical substitutions).
