Job Overview: Under minimal supervision, the Sr. Organizational Development Trainer develops new trainings sessions and development programs to support business needs. S/he works with various departments to understand training needs and develops curriculum and training materials based on that. The Trainer creates detailed training schedules and program materials aligning to learning objectives. Essential Responsibilities: Manage and deliver trainings and presentations with the goal of improved organizational performance and compliance. Creates innovative and appropriate content and media to ensure effective and engaging training. Writes and publishes new curriculums and presentations on underdeveloped subjects Ensures employees attend classes and adhere to predefined training plans Assesses training effectiveness by tracking progress, identifying trends, and surveying those trained. Research, recommend and implement alternative training and learning methods. Additional Responsibilities: As assigned by Manager Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to mentor and teach in a public and private setting Professional phone demeanor Strong organizational skills an ability to multi-task Excellent writing, communication, and public speaking skills Knowledge of B&H policies and procedures Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses: Minimum 5-7 years experience in a professional teaching/training capacity
