Shipper 1Job Overview:Experienced Shipping associates are responsible for storing, verifying, and preparing merchandise for shipment including but not limited to selecting packaging, staging, moving product via U-boat, and labelling. Essential Responsibilities:Load or package boxes and crates for shipping while ensuring accuracy of contents Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxesStock items in assigned locations within the warehouse and take part in the inventory count process Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer’s ordersPack and seal boxes following standard procedures Additional Responsibilities:Additional tasks as assigned by managementSpecific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be able to Lift 50lbs independently and up 80lbs with assistanceExtended periods of standing/walking (10 hours/day)Attention to detail and ability to countMust be able to locate and identify specific itemsMust be able to manually pack and seal boxes following standard procedures 1st ShiftRequired Schedule:Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM **Eligibility contingent upon background screening
