Warehouse Coordinator 1 Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in warehouse operations, demonstrating proficiency in inventory control, professional communication, and managing special projects. This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently coordinate warehouse activities and ensure smooth operations.Essential Responsibilities:Assist with daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, handling, shipping, and managing inventory.Ensure inventory levels are effectively recorded and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.Execute special projects within the warehouse as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders, crafting and sending professional emails and other correspondence.Collaborate with various departments to optimize warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment. Additional Responsibilities:As assigned by the Manager Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in using warehouse management software and standard office applications.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on professional email correspondence.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:Proficient in English Language required.High School Diploma or equivalent educational experience, along with relevant work experiencePhysical Environment/Occupational RisksWarehouse Environment Required Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 AM – 4 PM **Eligibility contingent upon background screening
