Responsibilities:

- Must have a minimum of five years experience repairing the following residential appliances. Refrigerators, ovens, cooktops, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and microwave ovens.
- Provide field service to customers for appliance repair and maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues, including refrigerators and other household appliances
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to assemble, disassemble, and repair appliances
- Conduct equipment repairs according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines
- Interpret and follow schematics and technical manuals for accurate repairs
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, including parts used and work performed

Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of residential appliance repair
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficient in appliance repair, including diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
- Mechanical knowledge to assemble, disassemble, and repair appliances
- Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals for accurate repairs
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
