Hourly Entry Level Position

We are seeking an outgoing, organized, and friendly customer service/Data Entry member to join our growing team in our Bismarck branch, providing a high level of customer service to our customers over the phone, and via email communication. In this role, you will interact directly with our customers to answer questions, solve problems, and maintain our company’s reputation for high-quality service. You will also work with the outside sales team to support them with quotes and vendor information.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain updated knowledge of company products and services in order to provide adequate information to customers
• Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services
• Field incoming phone calls and respond to phone messages from customers
• Promptly respond to customer questions submitted via email
• Answer customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues
• Process orders, quotes and returns
• Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately follow up
• Maintain our solid relationships through exceptional customer service
