Job Description:
- Provide highest quality customer service. Welcome/greet all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner; offer shopping assistance using knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Sell fine jewelry.
- Guide, interact with, provide information on products, and make suggestions to customers
- Build customer confidence by reinforcing the willingness to meet customer's needs
- Contribute to team effort by helping with tasks as needed; show initiatives to improve the business
- Selling, Restocking and Merchandising
- Taking in Jewelry Repairs & provide estimates
- Perform basic housekeeping services, such as vacuuming carpet, cleaning display cases & cleaning merchandise
Skills/Qualifications
· 3 years of experience working in sales and customer service · Knowledge of & interest in fashions and trends · Demonstrates willingness to gain product knowledge · Strong organizational skills with the ability to pay close attention to detail · Quality phone and people skills - able to provide exceptional customer service · Ability to sell to customer needs and add on sales · Jewelry knowledge / luxury sales experience preferred
Hours: Part Time 2-4 days per week
Tuesday to Saturday
Pay package will relate to level of experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
