Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician to join our healthcare team. As a Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients, diagnose and treat illnesses, and pro. We are B&E Solutions Services, a woman owned business and we are currently seeking experienced Physicians for Jacksonville, FL, as well as Specialists in fields such as Psychiatry, Dentistry, Audiology, Neurology, and Optometry. Our focus is on conducting Veteran C&P (Compensation and Pension) Exams, essential for ensuring our veterans receive the support they deserve.

Here are the key details of this opportunity:

Mobile Unit Service:

• Exams are conducted at the Mobile Units provided by (Vendor).
• Providers must commit to one week at a time for conducting exams.

Compensation:

• If necessary all travel expenses (hotel, travel, rental car) reimbursed for hard-to-staff or remote locations.
• Payments are made on a net 30 schedule through invoicing with TDB.

Training:

• Providers will undergo a module training, approximately 9 hours in duration.
• If you have completed training with other vendors (QTC, VES, LHI), please provide certificates of completion.

Training Bonus:

• Training bonuses are provided on the first paycheck.

Requirements:

• Valid US Medical License without sanctions.
• At least 6 months of experience in General Medicine or a related specialty.
• For NP or PA requiring collaboration, a collaborative agreement is necessary.
• PA must hold NCCPA certification.
• Malpractice Insurance is required.

Work Commitment:

• Providers must agree to one week of work during exams (Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and half-day on Friday). Flying out Sunday and work M-TH 8am-5pm and ½ day on Friday
• Can take weeks off, but when actively working, it is for the entire week.
• Providers have the flexibility to choose and commit to multiple consecutive weeks.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
- Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness
- Perform medical procedures as necessary
- Provide guidance on family planning and reproductive health
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic systems such as Cerner
- Stay informed about the latest medical advancements and research
- Participate in continuing education programs to enhance knowledge and skills

Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., family medicine, internal medicine)
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various medical conditions
- Familiarity with medical record systems, such as Cerner
- Knowledge of durable medical equipment (DME) usage and prescriptions
- Proficiency in interpreting mammography results
- Understanding of public health principles and practices
- Experience working in hospital settings or nursing homes is a plus
