The Good Stuff:

• Service Tech Pay: $17-28/hr
• NO ON CALL!

What you need:

Service:

• 2 years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
• Valid drivers license with no major violations within the last 3 years; including you must be 21 years old, and held a valid drivers license for three years to operate a company vehicle, and to obtain company insurance.
• Ability to use an iPad and our Service Titan software
• Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
• Experience with: variable speed units, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant, etc.
• EPA Certification, Nate and Journeyman preferred
