Responsibilities:
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide individualized instruction and support to children with special needs, including those with autism
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and social skills
- Collaborate with parents and other professionals to support the child's development
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development and educational theories
- Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Ability to create and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children with special needs
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of each child

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
