Position Summary:
The department Coordinator/Admin Assistant position will provide administrative support to the Corp. VP of CICS (Continuous Improvement & Central Services) and the department’s head and staff. The emphasis for this position is coordinating & executing weekly/monthly reports and presentations. The timely execution of the reports will require data gathering, data analytical skills, organizational and communication skills and most importantly advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Also, keeping the CVP and the department organized by maintaining the staff calendar, arranging meetings & conference calls, making international and domestic travel arrangements as well as performing other administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines .
Advanced Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) is a must for this position.
