| Azusa Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst Mid-Level to join our team of talented consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals. *This position offers options for working from home on some days. Some on-site work in Washington, DC is required. **Candidates with a current Top Secret clearance or higher and who are local to Washington DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia only need apply.** Responsibilities: • Understand client business needs and requirements • Understand the current system and how it functions • Assist in design and development of applications based on business requirement • Upgrade and modify applications per business needs • Creating manual and automated test scenarios, and testing the system accurately by the appropriate deadlines • Assist in preparing project plan and technical and functional specifications • Identify and troubleshoot issues in a timely fashion • Ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements and ensure to complete project within assigned timelines • Provide support in system testing and bug fixing activities • Be available for migrations (during non-standard business hours) Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree • Experience with Business Requirements Analysis • Experience with Agile and/or SAFe methodology • Minimum 3 years of experience in business information resources management and business process improvement Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance required.
